You can set up a company without coming to Bulgaria – and can avoid the entire embassy hassle. We have done this a number of times with clients in the past, so can easily help you with the process as well. We specialize in selling real estate in Bulgaria to foreigners, and opening a bank account and setting up a company is part of that process. My company and our attorney will process all the paper work for you. You can communicate with me for all questions related with the legal aspects of the property purchase process. In the meantime, in order to complete the deal with out your coming to Bulgaria, I will need you to email the following as soon as possible:
1. Copy of your passport
2. Current address
3. Desired company name
4. GBP 400 company set up fee (which includes all attorney, notary, government and translation fees and taxes). I will send you a money request through PayPal for GBP 400 . The PayPal request will be from contact@bulgaria-houses.com
Once I receive these forms you, I will prepare all of the documents and will send the whole package with specific instructions.

Thanks for your request. Every year you have to file tax return. We can do that for you our fees are minimal, ranging from GBP 60 to GBP 100 annually.
